What exactly is a DSCR loan?
A debt-service-coverage-ratio loan qualifies on the property's rental income against its monthly payment, instead of your personal income. If the rent covers the payment, the deal can stand on its own — no tax returns or W-2s in the file.
Will starting the quiz hit my credit?
No. The 12 questions come with no hard credit pull. A hard pull only happens later, with your consent, once you've chosen a program and are moving toward closing.
Can I close in my LLC?
Yes — closing in an entity is the norm here, not the exception. Title can be vested in your LLC from day one.
