Advertising and audience matching

Evolve Funding may use business contact information to measure advertising and present relevant business-purpose financing information to real estate investors and operators. This may include a person's name, email address, telephone number, and general location. Sources may include information supplied directly to Evolve Funding, public property and business records, and licensed data partners.

For customer-list audience matching, email addresses and telephone numbers are normalized and cryptographically hashed on Evolve Funding's system before being provided to an advertising platform such as Meta. The platform uses the hashed values to look for matching accounts and handles those values under its applicable terms. Evolve Funding does not receive a list identifying which individual platform users matched.

Audience matching does not include credit reports, credit scores, income, bank information, Social Security numbers, loan-application data, or other sensitive financial information. Pilot audiences are used only for match measurement unless separately approved for advertising.

Your advertising privacy choices

You may ask Evolve Funding not to use contact information associated with you for customer-list audience matching. Email loans@evolvefunding.com with the subject “Advertising Privacy Choice” and identify the email address or telephone number you want suppressed. Supplied identifiers are used only to locate and suppress the corresponding records and document the request. Evolve Funding will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

The controls below separately govern browser-based advertising technology on this device. Choosing “Do not sell or share” prevents the Meta Pixel from loading in this browser. A supported Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a browser advertising opt-out and cannot be overridden while the signal remains active.
